6 Days Safaris, Serengeti, Ngorongoro And Tarangire

DAY 1: MOSHI TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Start your day with breakfast before being picked up from your hotel in Moshi or Arusha for the journey to Tarangire National Park. On the way, you'll pass through small towns and rural areas, offering a glimpse into everyday life in Tanzania. Upon arrival at Tarangire National Park, the adventure begins with a same-day game drive. Known for its iconic baobab trees, the park is teeming with wildlife, including large populations of elephants, giraffes, and a variety of other animals.

The Tarangire River, the park’s only reliable water source, attracts numerous species. Animals congregate along the riverbanks, creating incredible opportunities for wildlife observation and photography. The game drive will continue into the late afternoon, ensuring a rich and immersive experience. Later, you'll head to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and an overnight stay. Accommodations can be arranged as either camping or lodge options, based on your booking preferences.

DAY 2: LODGE – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After an early morning game drive in Tarangire National Park, you’ll return to your camp or lodge for breakfast. Once refreshed, we’ll embark on a scenic journey to the sweeping plains of Serengeti National Park. Along the way, enjoy a packed lunch provided by our cook. On this route, we’ll pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering exciting chances to spot wildlife in their natural habitat before reaching the Serengeti.

The Serengeti, meaning “endless plains,” is a haven for wildlife and hosts the great migration—an awe-inspiring movement of millions of wildebeests and zebras. Beyond the migration, the park boasts an incredible variety of resident animals, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and an abundance of birdlife. For accommodations, you can choose between luxury lodges and mobile camps within the Serengeti National Park. After a day of adventure, you’ll settle into your campsite or lodge for dinner and relaxation, preparing for another thrilling game drive the following day.

DAY 3: FULL DAY IN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast in the Serengeti, embark on a full-day game drive to explore the vast and diverse landscapes of Serengeti National Park. This immense park offers the opportunity to venture further from your campsite or lodge, discovering its rich wildlife and stunning scenery.
A packed lunch will be provided, allowing us to stop and enjoy a meal at a scenic spot before continuing our adventure. After a full day of exploration, we will return to the campsite, lodge, or tented camp for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay. Rest up and prepare for the next day's exciting game drive.

DAY 4: SERENGETI - NGORONGORO.

As usual, you'll wake up early in the morning to catch the wildlife while they're still active, before the heat of the day drives them to rest. Afterward, we'll return to camp for breakfast, pack up (including a lunch box), and drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying more wildlife sightings along the way.
We’ll set up camp at Simba Camp, located on the edge of the crater rim, or head to a nearby lodge. It's not uncommon to see zebras or even elephants wandering through the camp as the chef prepares dinner. After a delicious meal, you’ll have the opportunity to relax and unwind before the final day's game drive.

DAY-5 : NGORONGORO CRATER - LAKE MAMYARA

Soon after breakfast, we will head to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Today, we will embark on a five-hour game drive. Although the crater is relatively small, with a diameter of about 20 km, it is one of Tanzania’s most famous safari destinations due to its high concentration and diversity of wildlife.

We expect to see a variety of animals, including elephants, black rhinoceroses, leopards, buffalo, zebras, warthogs, wildebeests, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles, and the densest population of lions in the world. The local Maasai people also graze their livestock within the crater. Lake Magadi, a shallow soda lake surrounded by extinct volcanoes, is a renowned habitat for large flocks of pink flamingos.

Day-6 : LAKE MAMYARA NATIONAL PARK - MOSHI

Lake Manyara National Park can only be described as an array of breathtaking vistas. Giraffes, so dark in coloration they appear almost black from a distance, roam the savannah plains, while the famous tree-climbing lions traverse the acacia trees. Monkeys cling to the canopies of the lush forest, and hippos disguise themselves in the waters of the soda lake.

With over 400 species of birds, Lake Manyara is a paradise for birdwatchers. The park also boasts a wide variety of wildlife, including buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, mongooses, klipspringer, and bushbucks. Later in the afternoon, we will depart for Moshi, Arusha, or Kilimanjaro Airport, bringing our safari adventure to a close.
